SNT-TC-1A: near vision every 12 months and color perception every 5 years, each running to the end of the month (SNT-TC-1A 8.2.3 and 12.2). Your written practice may ask for more.

Where these figures come from

Near vision: SNT-TC-1A 8.2.1 (annually); NAS410 Rev. 6, 7.1.2 (annually).
Color: SNT-TC-1A 8.2.2 (at initial certification, then every five years); NAS410 Rev. 6, 7.1.2 (at least every five years).
End of month: SNT-TC-1A 8.2.3 and 12.2; NAS410 Rev. 6, 8.3.1.
Your written practice, or a customer's requirements, may ask for exams more often. Check it.
