The tools

The countdown, calculator and eye-exam tools run in your browser. What you type into them is saved only in your own browser (its local storage), so it's there when you come back. It is never sent to us. Clear your browser's site data, or use each tool's Clear button, to remove it. The recertification planner keeps nothing at all: its dates are gone when you leave the page.

Ask a Level III

If you send a question, we receive your name, email address, topic and message by email at NDT LLC. We use them only to answer you, and we don't add you to any mailing list. To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address; Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy policy. Our email provider, Resend, carries the message to us.

Everything else

No accounts, no cookies, no analytics or tracking. The server that delivers these pages (Vercel, our hosting provider) records basic request details such as IP address and the page asked for, to run and protect the service. We don't use those records to identify anyone, and we don't sell or share them.
